MY STORY
Having had the privilege of living on 4 diversely different continents I have inevitably been influenced to mix and blend out-of-the-ordinary ideas to deliver unique and bespoke home interiors that stand the test of time.
Now settled on the stunning Northumberland Coast with my family and loyal black labs, our designs are heavily influenced to capture the magic of natural light in our protected skies.
We work closely with our clients to offer a start-to-finish interior architecture and design service turning tired spaces into beautiful homes.
Holiday homes have become our area of natural expertise where we can offer a full re-modelling, equipping and dressing service.
BEFORE
WATERS EDGE-HARBOUR ROAD BEADNELL- NORTHUMBERLAND
This seafront 1950's detached house underwent full refurbishment in 2018. The main aim was to maximise the view of the ever changing tidal coastline and increase its holiday let potential by adding bedrooms & bathrooms. Both aims were achieved by turning the house upside down, rather than extending.
BEFORE: 3 small bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Occupancy: 13 weeks p.a.
AFTER: 5 larger bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan living, large terrace. Occupancy: 48 weeks p.a.
Post renovation added nett sales value +£120k
